Done-For-You SOPs for you or your VA

This page contains a collection of SOP checklists that you can give to your VA for them to follow to SUCCESSFULLY help you with your marketing tasks! These SOPs will save you a TON of time. Firstly, they are already done for you, so you don’t have to research how to do these things. Secondly, they will save you a ton of time in training your VA. Just send them these documents and any instructions specific to your situation.

In some case you might even want to let them go through the training module related to the SOP you are giving them. We don’t allow you to share your Academy Vault login with other Travel Agents — who should just join the Academy themselves! 😉 — but we will allow you to share it with your VA so they can better assist you.

You might need to customize some of these checklists for your particular situation. For example, the eNewsletter one, you might write your own newsletters, so just checkoff whatever tasks you’ve already done before you hand it over to them.

Each section includes a link to download your SOP checklist, as well as links to the corresponding Academy modules and, where applicable Advanced Modules. Please remember to do your Academy modules in order.
