Once you’ve created your Facebook Business Page, you want to start getting likes right away. One of the quickest, easiest ways to jumpstart your Page Likes is by inviting your friends to like it. Chances are you have lots of friends who are happy to like your page – all you have to do is ask.

On the cover image of your business Facebook page, you promote your IFO and have it link to your squeeze page or any page of your website that you desire.
Keep in mind that Facebook constantly changes it’s interface, so where and how you check your stats will likely continually change – which is a frustrating thing about Facebook! Also, you could drive yourself crazy and spend hours and hours tracking stats, which we DON’T recommend doing. Instead, spend 30-minutes once a month looking through all of your stats, and each week track the main things. The three main things you need to track and include on your Weekly Stats Spreadsheet are:
Note: We used to recommend that you track your engagement on your Weekly Stats Report. We don’t recommend that anymore because Facebook changed that tracking feature and it’s no longer possible to track it in the same way. Now, when you log in to your Business Manager to collect your stats for the week, look at your Overview Tab. That will show you if your engagement is up or down and by what percentage, and it will show you some other good stats. Keep in mind that Facebook is showing you these “Overview Stats” based on the LAST 7 days (not based on the calendar week that your Weekly Stats Report is based on).
Also, we used to recommend that you track “New Likes”, but that is now much harder to do in Facebook’s updated Insights Tool, and Facebook has now made it very easy to track your “Net Likes”. So, now we recommend that you track “Net Likes” instead of “New Likes”. Your Net Likes are your total new likes minus your unlikes.
Step 1: Go to your business Facebook page and click on “Business Manager”

Step 2: Click on the “Insights” button. After you click, there many be an option to take a tour of how to view your stats. Take the tour.

Step 3: First take a few minutes to look through all of your stats. Click on each of the links to your right to see your each type of stat. In addition to tracking the three basic stats each week, look through all of your stats once a month to see if anything has changed with your demographics, what the primary actions are people are taking, your page views, and so on.

Step 4: Choose “Likes” and choose your date range. Track your stats on your Weekly Stats Report which we showed you how to do in your Tracking Your Results Module.

Step 5: Click on “Net Likes” and view your Net Likes for the period you choose. Add this information to your Weekly Stats Report (in this example you would put the number 120 on your report).

Step 6: You can only view your current total page likes as of today (the day you are logged into your Business Manager collecting your stats for your Weekly Stats Report. So, simply enter that number on your report.

Step 7: Choose “Reach” and click on “Reactions”. Add this information to your Weekly Stats Report (in this example you would put the number 156 on your report).

NOTE: If you have any questions on where to find things within your Business Manager or how best to use it, head over to Facebook’s Help Center.
PRO TIP: Facebook ranks “Facebook Lives” high in feeds of your followers because people LOVE videos, especially live videos. We highly recommend that you do Facebook Live’s on a regular basis, especially when you are on FAM Trips, vacations and other trips. Go to the App Store on your phone and download the “Facebook Business Manager” App. That free app makes it easy to do Facebook Lives on your business page, and to manage your business account from your phone.

Yay! No, seriously, let’s celebrate! I know, it sounds crazy, but let me explain….
First, you’ve gotten it over with. You’ve seen your first bad review, you survived it, and the next one isn’t going to hurt as bad and you are going to know what to do about it from now on.
Second, if you don’t have any bad reviews, you likely just don’t have enough yet or your reviews are mostly fake. If every so often you get a bad review, people trust your good reviews more. Really, think about how you feel when you read nothing but GLOWING reviews about something.
So, what do you do now?
